Isabel began acting in school. She continued to study acting in the Victorian College of Arts Queensland University of Technology and then has recently studied how to use the PEM Method (Perdekamp Emotional Method). There was no audition for her parts until she was spotted via her agent back in 2002. She auditioned for a part of Home and Away (1998). They felt that she wasn't enough for the job, however they had enough confidence to create a brand new role for Tasha.
